FHC company location in Ingolstadt, an industrial town in the south of Germany with a distance of 70km to Munich Airport. Ingolstadt is headquarters and large production facility site of Airbus Air and Defence, car manufacturer Audi, Media Saturn Holding, Continental and several large oil refineries.
Furthermore the German Armed Forces are represented in Ingolstadt, especially the German Army Technical Centre for Aircraft and Aeronautical Equipment (WTD 61) is located some km from our location, a unit e.g. in charge of testing and qualifying new manned planes, helicopters or UAVs. Furthermore Ingolstadt is a pioneer garrison town and home base of a German corps of engineers. Some years ago proudly the Pioneers became a NATO MILENG Centre of Excellence location too.
